I’m currently a Designer at Apartment List, an AI-driven rental platform. I’ve strengthened brand refresh initiatives, redesigned web pages to enhance user experience, produced high-impact marketing assets to boost SEO, and pushed product launches to drive engagement.
Focus
Role
This refresh is an ongoing effort to create a unified design system to transform the home-search experience for B2B and B2C audiences. Guided by vibrant, refined simplicity, it reflects the joy of finding a home while supporting Apartment List’s shift to a tech-enabled operational partner.
For B2B, the product-focused, tech-forward aesthetic highlights AI solutions and platform tools. For B2C, bold, "living in the moment" photography captures the excitement and authenticity of renting.
The goal is to strengthen trust, simplify experiences, and solidify Apartment List’s leadership in the rental ecosystem.
B2C
I worked with the Performance Marketing Manager to create Meta ads focused on boosting user engagement and trust. The ads included renter testimonials, customizable search filters, and promoted the platform's all-in-one rental solution.
We ran A/B tests on various filters and targeting options, such as pet-friendly vs. non-pet-friendly apartments and visuals with or without people. The results helped us refine the strategy, improving ad performance and conversion rates.
